Job Description
Understanding business requirements and expectations of assigned advertising and marketing projects. Developing ideas and concepts for advertising and marketing campaigns across a variety of media - print/posters, digital, broadcast, mailers etc, usually in partnership with a copywriter. Guiding more junior members of the creative team, ensuring quality control. Creating final artwork for print and digital. Possessing a high-level ability with design software - Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Having a deep understanding of typography - type design, layout of text etc. Selecting and directing photographers, illustrators, digital imagers, 3D renderers etc. Understanding print production and being able to specify print requirements and brief printers. Working cohesively with both creative team colleagues and colleagues across the business. Any other responsibilities assigned, as relevant.
Job Requirement
Graduate Diploma or Degree in graphic design, advertising or a similar discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Creative Manager in an ad agency, brand consultancy and/or design studio. High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and in Microsoft Office - specifically PowerPoint. Highly meticulous attitude, with unrelenting attention to detail - even under demanding time constraints. Problem solving mindset, strong team spirit and complete commitment to work quality.
