Outreach Director

The position is Singapore-based.  Outreach Director (OD) of NEEDeed Singapore has focused responsibility on relationship management and new lead generation. The OD engages both business and non-profit partners, raises awareness about the organization and improves communications with partners. Manage and deepen relationships with existing business/non-profit partners to facilitate effective communication and engagement, ensuring appropriate service is provided Facilitate continuous lead generation with new business/non-profit partners Manage all aspects of prospecting including pre, during, and post-event management activities and collateral Collaborate on the development of communication plans/tools for business/non-profit partners, including collateral and toolkits Consistently identify areas of growth potential with business/non-profit partners to offer fresh, proactive programming Collaborate on project management of engagements-in-flight to ensure prompt and quality program and service delivery Support the development and implementation of enhanced program evaluation tools Offer insights from the lead generation and relationship management process that will enhance the quality of the programming, direction and mission

The ideal candidate is adept at cultivating relationships, understanding and embracing the lead generation process and focuses on identifying opportunities to grow partnerships that will increase impact.
