Job Description

As Product Management Lead, reporting to the EVP of Product, you will own the end to end Product goals and KPIs for your domain and be responsible for your team executing against our product roadmap for marketing and monetization products. You will work alongside our business teams to understand business goals, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (UX, engineering etc), and guide the team through key milestones. Responsibilities    ·         Lead the Product Architecture, Strategy and Vision for your Product domain and drive development ·         Define success metrics and KPIs for your Product Domain in alignment with business teams ·         Think strategically about our big bets and drive Product innovation to meet business goals ·         Manage roadmap planning and ensure timeliness of Product launches ·         Use data-driven insights to define and analyse metrics that enhance the performance of the products and to inform future product requirements ·         Understand Lazada’s strategic and competitive position and provide thought leadership to business teams on e-commerce landscape ·         Stay updated with innovation and development in the marketing space to inform leading product ideas and strategies
Job Requirement
·         8+ years product management or product design experience in marketing, advertising or technology space. ·         Track record of hiring and developing high performing team ·         Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements ·         Understanding of brand and performance marketing, digital media, web applications, and media products. Technical background is preferred but not a must ·         Organizational and analytical skills ·         Excellent English communication skills (written and oral). ·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to prioritize and make quick decisions ·         International travel required   Preferred qualifications    ·         Master’s degree in business, engineering or a related field ·         Experience in e-commerce, demand and supply-side tech platforms ·         Experience and track record of delivering features and products at scale ·         Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases ·         Experience shipping new products and leading the definition and implementation of a product roadmap for a consumer service or product
