Looking For English Teachers In Singapore

 

 

We are looking for an English Language instructor in Singapore. Please see the details below:

1. Target Group: Frontline Managers are supervisory officers who serve at counter contact points or the call centre while managing a team of frontline executives performing counter or frontline duties, e.g. Estate Managers.

2. Course Objectives: By the end of the course, participants would learn to think critically and express their reasoning clearly in the replies to the public. Participants will also learn how to craft and position replies strategically, concisely and perceptively to meet the needs of the letter writer.

3. Duration of course: 2.5 days

4. No. of runs/Commencement Dates: 5 runs of 2-day course & 5 runs of ½ day post-course review writing workshop

5. Time: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm with an hour lunch break & two 15-min tea-breaks (am/pm)

6. Class Size: Minimum of 20 participants per run (up to a max of 25 participants per class)

The trainer must be well-versed with the public service writing styles and have at least 5 years of extensive training experience in conducting writing courses focused on crafting and positioning public replies for the Civil Service College and/or frontline government agencies with a large number of public correspondences (e.g. at least 10 runs per year on average). The trainer should preferably have worked with the agencies to review their service writing.
 

The trainer should also preferably possess a degree in the English Language or Communications related disciplines.
