Freelance Job Description
Issue sales invoices, tracking customers’ remittance and aging status
Posting supplier invoices, process payments and prepare journal entries
Assist in General Ledger postings and bank reconciliation
Maintain Fixed Assets Register and inventory management
Banking and prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Prepare quarterly GST returns report and submit form for review before submission
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
At least 2 year of working experience in accounting
Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
Meticulous and comfortable with managing numbers
Prior experience in POS, SMART IT or other similar industry will be a plus
Able to communicate in Chinese is a plus – in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
This is a 3 - 6 months renewable contract.
Must be able to commit 5 days/ week, Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm.
