Living Theories has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Representative who enjoys working in a target driven sales environment. This role would best suit a sales individual with outstanding communication skills, a love of games and passion for sharing. Working together with the Country Director, you will be required to generate leads and achieve sales KPIs. In return, you will receive competitive commissions of up to $6,000 per month, incentive rewards, and career development opportunities. The prime responsibility of the role is to grow Living Theories' client base across relevant industries by facilitating introductions to new clients, developing long term relationships with clients and effectively managing your client list. This role will be suitable for individuals who are determined, tenacious, adaptable, goal driven, hungry to succeed, and have great interpersonal skills.

Job Requirement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work with the management team in developing and implementing sales plans and business solutions that result in business growth and penetration of new business markets/industries.
Acquire and retain profitable customers at agreed target margin or greater with a high level of customer service and manage the preparation of tenders.
Growth in new accounts and revenues.
Seek referral business from key contacts and identify new areas of opportunity by expanding on client relationships.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Ability to network and build relationships at various levels.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Ideally possesses HR or media industry experience/education.
