- Attend to oral and written customer enquiries. - Prepare quotations, negotiate orders and perform contract review. - Process, monitor and expedite customer order to ensure on-time delivery of goods. - Handle import/export documentation including L/C preparation and negotiation. - Consolidate and expedite shipments from suppliers’ factories to Singapore. - Perform inventory management and plan stock replenishment - Collate vendor’s data, prepare monthly/quarterly sales report and costing for individual project.

Job Requirements
|
- Min GCE-A Level with 2 to 3 years of working experience in a trading sales environment preferred. - Diploma Fresh graduate may apply. - Proficient in MS Words and Excel. - Good oral and written communication skills. - Preferably with Good working attitude
