- Attending to incoming calls, typing and sorting of mails - Create and maintain proper indexes for documents filed in records - Distribution of emails, mails and correspondences - Stationery requisition and site material ordering - Maintain good filing system of correspondences and purchased items - Physical count of goods received - Ensure proper delivery of documents between organization facilities. Respond to inquiries from within the organization about mail delivery times and schedule. - Keep track of leave records for site staff - General administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- 'A' Level or Diploma in any discipline - At least 2 year relevant working experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must - Willing to work at site office - 5.5-day work week (for full-time) - Organized and systematic - Singapore citizens or PR only - Able to start work immediately
